Rajasthan Vidya Sambal Yojana 2022: Due to the vacant posts of teachers / trainers / laboratory assistants in the teaching work in the department, there is a disruption in the regular teaching work. Therefore, keeping in mind the interest of the students, “Vidya Sambal Yojana” is being implemented to streamline the teaching work in the institutions/Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Government Schools. The officer is hereby appointed as the Nodal Officer and the following general instructions are issued:
- Guest faculty can be taken only against the sanctioned vacant post.
- Retired personnel having the eligibility of qualification etc. mentioned in the relevant service rules can be engaged as guest culture.
- Rates of honorarium payable to guest faculty:
- The above arrangement will be deemed to be automatically terminated if the vacant posts are filled.
- The Block District Education Officer will assess the requirement of guest faculty cadre wise and school wise in subordinate institutions/Mahatma Gandhi English medium government schools and make the proposal available to the Chief District Education Officer.
- The Chief District Education Officer, by consolidating the information received from the Block District Education Officers for contractual appointment on vacant posts for guest faculty, issued notices for appointment of retired personnel on contract basis on a temporary basis till the end of the term or till the post is filled. Inviting applications and consolidating the applications received cadre wise to the Directorate of Secondary Education, Bikaner for contractual appointment of eligible personnel for appointment to the post of lecturer and equivalent, to the concerned Joint Director of School Education and third class teachers for contractual appointment on senior teachers and equivalent posts. And the applications received for contractual appointment on equivalent posts will be sent to the District Education Officer (Headquarters) Secondary for appointment.
- Proper monitoring of the work of guest faculty will be ensured by the Chief District Education Officer.
- The payment process will be done on the basis of satisfactory work verification by the head of the institution. The payment to the personnel to be kept as guest faculty will be done from the budget provision of the vacant post available in the 01-salary sub-item in the concerned school.
- Make sure to follow the instructions issued by the Personnel Department from time to time regarding reservation.
- In case of receipt of more than one application for the same post, preference for contractual appointment will be given to the applicant and the candidate with the minimum age of the last 2 years, the result of the last 2 years of examination and retired.
